TRI DHARMA

Fasilitas Laboratorium Teknik Tegangan Tinggi UGM turut berperan dalam mewujudkan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi melalui pelaksanaan kegiatan praktikum, penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah, serta pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Selain itu, laboratorium ini juga berkontribusi aktif dalam upaya pelestarian dan pengembangan ilmu Teknik Tegangan Tinggi di Indonesia

Pendidikan

Salah satu bentuk kegiatan pendidikan di Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Gadjah Mada adalah praktikum. Kegiatan ini mencakup pengamatan terhadap percobaan atau pengujian di laboratorium yang diikuti dengan analisis dan penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan tersebut. Terdapat enam topik praktikum yang diselenggarakan untuk mahasiswa program sarjana, yaitu:

  • Pembangkitan Tegangan Tinggi AC, DC, dan Impuls
  • Kegagalan Isolasi Udara
  • Kegagalan Isolasi Cair
  • Kegagalan Isolasi Padat
  • Tegangan Residu Arester
  • Deteksi Partial Discharge

Penelitian

Dengan dukungan fasilitas yang tersedia, Fasilitas Laboratorium Teknik Tegangan Tinggi, Departemen Teknik Elektro dan Teknologi Informasi, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Gadjah Mada, memiliki kapabilitas dalam melaksanakan berbagai kegiatan penelitian. Pengabdian

Laboratorium Teknik Tegangan Tinggi UGM melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, baik yang berkaitan dengan bidang ilmu Teknik Tegangan Tinggi, maupun bidang ilmu lainnya. Beberapa contoh kegiatan tersebut antara lain:

  • Sosialisasi Jarak Aman pada SUTT dan SUTET untuk Edukasi Keselamatan Jiwa dan Kontinuitas Penyaluran Listrik
  • Implementasi Perbaikan Faktor Daya Pada Instalasi Listrik Pondok Pesantren Al Anwar Palbapang, Bantul Yogyakarta
  • Pembuatan Hand Washer Otomatis untuk Pencegahan Penyebaran Virus Khususnya COVID-19 di Lingkungan Fakultas Teknik
  • Pembuatan Robot Pelontar Bola Pingpong dan Pencatat Skor Digital untuk Memajukan Olahraga Tenis Meja di 5. Kelurahan Gunung Ketur, Kecamatan Pakualaman, Kodya Yogyakarta
  • Pembuatan Pedoman dan Sosialisasi Tata Cara Berkomunikasi menggunakan Media Sosial yang baik untuk Mahasiswa, Siswa SMU dan SMP
  • Pembuatan Papan Pergantian Pemain Sepak Bola Berbasis Digital di Salakan, Bangunharjo, Sewon, Bantul
